THURSDAY EVENING TIME TRIAL

Moritz course 4 is the venue for a weekly training ride during Daylight saving hours. All (and we mean ALL) riders welcome. A $5 payment on the night goes to a function at the end of the season. A great training ride. Every rider is timed over the 17km course with the idea of seeing how far you can progress in a season. Arrive at the MFRG about 1745 at the latest to get a start time (no need to nominate). Riders head off from 1800 at one minute intervals. Use what ever you have, but you will find as you search for those challenging seconds, that there is a lot of science behind Time Trialling.
