Prize money is awarded on the day for all placegetters in a race. The aim of the club is not to make money from an event, rather to cover costs and all remaining funds returned to members. The administration effort is arduous when riders fail to pick up any prize money on the day. The club will maintain any unclaimed prizes for 4 weeks from an event, and if unclaimed after that, the funds will be returned to the club.
